I also offer alternate payments!
Alternate payments are a non refundable option. These do not include the actual exchange of money but instead are a direct payment for a product or service. See section II of my TOS!

Choose an item off my wishlist that price corresponds with my commission prices!
• Art Trade
A mutual drawing exchange usually based on either price or size similarity!
• Gift Cards
Payment constricted to a specific application/restaurant/service. This includes Discord Nitro and Steam games!* I will not accept “exposure" or any Cryptocurrencies/NFTs as payment.*

terms of service

By commissioning me, you agree to the terms outlined below. These Terms of Service apply to all private commissions. Please read them carefully.

i. general terms

These Terms of Service apply to all private commissions. By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.You must fill out the commission form clearly and concisely, and provide proper reference materials.My FAQ is part of these Terms and can answer most basic questions.I reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients will be informed if changes affect ongoing projects.Please keep all communication respectful and professional.Commission inquiries will be responded to within 2–4 business days.

ii. payment

Payment is accepted via PayPal. Alternative options such as Ko-fi or Stripe may be available on request.Full payment is required upfront for commissions under $100.For larger projects, a 50% deposit is required to begin, with the remainder due before final delivery.All prices are listed in USD. Payments in other currencies are accepted only if they equal the listed amount.Payment is due within 48 hours of invoice. Split payments or extensions may be arranged, but will be treated firmly.

III. PROCESS, QUEUE & TURNAROUND

Typical turnaround is 1–4 weeks depending on complexity, references, and current queue.Progress updates will be given at key stages (e.g., sketch, lineart, flat color).You may request up to two major revisions during this process.Additional changes beyond what’s included may incur a revision fee.Commissions are worked on in a first-come, first-served (FCFS) basis unless a rush fee is paid.The commission officially starts when I begin sketching, not when payment is received.Clients are responsible for timely communication. Failure to respond within 7 days without notice may result in delays or cancellation.

VI. fees and add-ons

Additional fees may be charged depending on the scope and complexity of the work:Extra Characters: +70% base price.Complex/Risky Concepts: +10% at artist discretion.NSFW Content: $10+ based on complexity (see Section V).Design Fee: +20% for characters without clear references or drawn from verbal descriptions.Rush Fee: +30% for expedited work or priority slots. Hourly turnarounds are not accepted.Revision Fee: Changes requested after rendering begins may be charged.Commercial Fee: Required if the artwork is to be used for business or monetized purposes (see Section VIII).

V. NSFW Commissions

NSFW ("Not-Safe-For-Work") includes adult, erotic, or gore-related content.Liability is entirely on the client. By commissioning NSFW content, you confirm that you are legally of age in your jurisdiction.If false or stolen identification is used, the artist is not responsible for any misuse.I reserve the right to refuse or cancel NSFW commissions that violate personal, legal, or platform boundaries.NSFW commissions are subject to an additional fee depending on complexity and content.

VI. Cancellation & Refunds

Refunds are only available if work has not begun.If I cancel the commission, a full refund will be issued.If you cancel after work begins, a partial refund may be issued depending on progress.Chargebacks filed without prior communication are considered a violation of these terms and will void any agreement.I retain the right to cancel without refund due to inappropriate behavior, harassment, or poor communication.

VII. Delivery & File Handling

Final images are delivered via Google Drive for best quality. Alternate platforms may be used if requested.A lower-quality watermarked version may be sent for final review.Files will be available for download for 30 days. Clients are responsible for saving their files.Once the artwork is delivered and marked complete, no further changes will be made unless agreed upon.

VIII. Usage Rights & Copyright

I retain full rights to the artwork.I may post the artwork on social media, portfolios, live streams, or use it in promotional materials unless agreed otherwise.

The buyer may:Post the work with credit.Use it as a profile picture, banner, wallpaper, etc.

The buyer may not:Claim the artwork as their own.Edit, trace, heavily reference, or remove the signature.Use it for commercial purposes unless discussed.Use it for NFTs, blockchain tech, or AI training.

IX. Commercial Usage

Commercial rights are not included by default.A commercial usage fee of up to 300% of the base price may apply depending on scale and usage.Please inquire via email (hoenibee.contact@gmail.com) for a commercial license and contract.

X. Streaming & Privacy

I may stream or record the creation process unless the client requests privacy in advance.Clients may opt-out of streams or public progress sharing.

XI. Blacklist Policy

Clients who violate these terms (e.g., chargebacks, harassment, manipulation) will be permanently blacklisted.Blacklisted names/usernames may be shared with other artists in private for safety reasons.
